Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep the files.

Where is my data stored?

In your own browser. Nothing is sent to us. Export a backup if you switch devices.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought the product.

When do the coming soon products launch?

When they are ready. The products page shows the current status.
